FIFA FOOTBALL WORLD CUP 

The football FIFA World Cup is coming to North Eastern Brazil. Within 2 years the greatest football, or soccer if you prefer, celebration of them all will be heading to Brazil. For the first time in 66 years, football’s greatest party will come back to Brazil and a carnival of football will unfold, witnessed by millions of passionate fans across Brazil and the world. Football fans across Brazil and  the world are eagerly waiting with growing excitement for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

Brazil are the greatest team of the FIFA World Cup Finals winning the Cup 5 times, exciting the world with their footballing skills. Brazil have had the greatest footballers and football teams of all time, especially the team fielded in the FIFA finals in Mexico back in 1970. The Brazilian team are one of the biggest attractions of any FIFA World Cup Finals which ever country they are held in, so to play at home this time around in front of Brazilian fans will be a spectacle to behold and promises to be the greatest World Cup Finals ever!

Tickets are not on sale yet but are usually allocated in stages with most going to genuine football fans, but a lot go to travel agencies to use with package holidays. The price of tickets is unknown yet but could range from $100 to $700 a game, the World Cup Final probably costing up to $1000. A cheaper way is to get a ticket for all your teams games from the start up front. This way you should be able to get a discount overall, as opposed to buying a ticket for each individual game your team plays. This assumes you are going to be able to attend every round game your team plays. 

Rio 2016

As well as  the 2014 FIFA World Cup the  2016 Summer Olympic Games or Games of the XXX1 Olympiad are to be hosted by Brazil from 5th to 21st August 2016. Ironically this is during Brazil's winter season as it is in the Southern Hemisphere . It will be the only time a country that speaks  Portuguese  as its national language hosts the Summer Olympic Games as well as the first South American country and city to do so , Rio 2016 .
